Getting the best use of the Early Years Padagogy Wheel (from age 3 to 5 years) Smart mobile devices and particularly tablets are a technological tool which, when joined with applications that have the appropriate content and design, is able to strengthen the cognitive development of young children and enhance knowledge acquisition through three different learning styles i.e. visual, acoustic, and kinesthetic learning. Therefore, selecting age and content appropriate applications is similar to selecting appropriate books for the classroom.
